It's the holidays

And it's only getting busier. This weekend, Dad-o came to visit. We had dim sum in the city, visited my aunt in Oakland and watched Quantum of Solace. We watched a dvd and drank wine and hung out while I painted.

I leave for NY on Tuesday and will be there, freezing my butt off until Sunday. I come back for 3 days and then it's off to Seattle for Thanksgiving.

It's going to be an exhausting couple of weeks, but I can't wait to go home for some turkey.

I can't believe it! The war is OVER!!!!!!!!

Finally this unjustified war is over. I am so excited that with a new President, everything was resolved so easily and with such haste. It makes me proud to be an american. Check out the full article I just read here at The New York Times. OMG such great news!!!!!!!!!!!!
